By filling any form on Network Moving, you consent to receive SMS and email contact from Network Moving / Network Leads. You also explicitly consent to receive communications from licensed and reputable moving partners to fulfill your moving needs.

NetworkMoving.com currently surveys its visitors for certain demographic information.

This information typically includes contact information (e-mail address, zip code, phone number). The contact information provided by users to Network Moving is used solely for the following purposes:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Network Moving agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
